Prior to joining MML Capital Partners in 1998, Valerie worked for seven years in asset and cash flow based structured finance, aircraft finance, project finance and acquisition finance. Valerie also spent three years at CALYON, where she specialised in acquisition finance. She worked with the major equity funds to assist them in their investments and arrange syndicated senior debt transactions for several large French and cross border buyouts. Valerie holds a Masters degree in Economics and Finance from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
