Prior to joining MML Capital Partners Ian spent 7 years with 3i where he gained a wide variety of deal experience. In his final two years at 3i Ian specialised in minority investing. At 3i his investments include Hayley Conference Centres, Petrochem Carless (petrochemical refining), Vanguard Healthcare and Fairways (Funeral Homes). Ian started his career as a commodity trader with Cargill Plc where he spent 7 years.
