Prior to joining MML Capital Partners, Henry-Louis was in charge of leverage finance, debt structuring & restructuring at Deloitte Corporate Finance in France, having set up the structured finance team there in 2000. He initially started his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Since then, he has been working for CALYON for 10 years in France and in Asia, arranging large international financings and European LBO transactions. Henry-Louis is a civil engineer and graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees.
