Bal has significant experience of leading management buy-outs and growth capital investment across industry sectors including financial services, outsourcing, healthcare and information technology. Bal's deals include The Regard Partnership, Workplace Systems, GWK Group, Tradesource Printing, Jungle Online, SmartStream Banking, Recognition, Huntswood Outsourcing, Complete Care, Telecity and Ascent. Bal previously worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture and as an Financial Analyst at HSBC. Bal currently serves on boards including The Regard Partnership and Red Mill Foods.
